Improve --list-impacted option #53

Current

  • --list-impacted lists only resources listed in Propagating versions

Expected

  • --list-impacted should list resources listed in Propagating versions + Resources diff between build and artifact
  • then after appending, need to return only "top level dependencies". In theory, this should equal to return only applications and executors resources

Todo

  • Update --list-impacted to include everything that are impacted by currnent changes to know what could/should be rebuild
