搜索连续剧的时候会去豆瓣搜集名字 #102

测试了下.把概述更新关了也会去豆瓣搜索集名字.会导致刷新剧集非常非常慢...集名字应该只搜TMDB不去搜索豆瓣比较好吧

还有如果影片豆瓣暂时没评分的.能否把本地的评分也先去掉.等以后有了再自动同步

同样的问题，剧集类的媒体，都会去豆瓣搜索每集的评分，坐等作者修复。
