Make sure coverage from Arquillian tests is counted towards total coverage

rest-tck module is using a managed Arquillian container so the tests run in a separate JVM, therefore no test coverage can be measured in the Surefire process.

I managed to generate a valid JaCoCo exec file from the module but for some reason Sonarcloud doesn't import it properly. Needs some more investigation.
