Update walkdown algorithm for selecting codes for display tables #180

As we get more and more custom codes to check for in display table builders, it may be helpful to do some database inspection before building queries. something like 'Check if a code is found, if so, then grab that data, and try to get a filtered dataset for checking the next code'. This might help with performance/query bloat.
