re use license?

Hi Folks,
I am interested in re-using your code base as a template to create a website for a different conference. Would you mind adding a license to your github repository to indicate whether that would be possible. NB the actual content would all be changed, its just the structure and code that will make my life so much easier to just reuse yours rather than starting from scratch.
