"There is X posts to regenerate" should read "There are X posts to regenerate" when plural #3571

Quick win this one, it's only a minor thing

Replication steps - Oxygen settings, Regenerate CSS, look at the message that appears just above "Start Regeneration"

It should read either "There is [1] post to regenerate" or "There are [2+] posts to regenerate"

At the moment it reads, for example, "There is 108 posts to regenerate" (see attached) which isn't quite right
