Virus detection flagging cargo-build-bpf.exe as malware (cargo-test-bpf.exe too). #35550

Having issues with cargo-build-bpf.exe being detected by norton during system scans as a trojan and as a result is quarantined and removed. This could lead to issues if users aren't aware. I don't know if it would be possible to get it whitelisted on their network and others who may have the same issue.

Norton flagged first through heuristics (Heur.AdvML.C), then as a trojan (Trojan.Gen.MBT).

Norton gave me the thumbprints below for the files in .exe format. If they do not match I may have a tampered version of it that is indeed a trojan.
