Version 1.0

I've finally managed to migrate my very big app over to SolidJs and am really happy with solid-router!!

Everything is there to create an amazing app. It works great so far from nested routes using child components to the Data function with instant fetching... WOW!

My only question is why isn't this a version 1.0? This will encourage more users to adopt the package.
