New APT features won't work for existing users

APT will be released as part of NXRM in 3.17.

Some features that have been added for APT won’t work immediately for existing users upgrading. Features that rely on component records (cleanup, search, Tag and Move) won’t work until we or the community come up with a script to add component records for users of the community plugin.

One easy way to achieve this might be to write a groovy script that blows away the asset/component records and then runs the restore task.
