[feature request]: split colour spaces

Howdy,
Hoping y'all are well.

The configuration nor the plugin for managing configuration allows us to have a different colour format and colour space per platform, is that a thing we can introduce? it would take away a significant overhead for me?

Currently to do this, I leverage xObsBeam and two instances of OBS, one for 1440 HDR to Youtube, one for 1080 SDR to Twitch.

Can we provide that via configuration file or UI to the plugin presently?

• Youtube: Colour format P010, and colour spaces Rec. 2100 (HLG).
• Twitch: Colour format NV12, and colour space Rec. 709.
