Twitch keeps disconnecting

I used to stream mainly on youtube and multistream to twitch normally a few weeks ago, but then suddenly I can't conect to twitch anymore, it keeps disconnecting. The plugin tries to connect for a few seconds but then the mbps drops to zero.
I've tried lowering the bitrate but it also didn't work. I've also tried changing the twitch servers without success...
