If more people such as @MoPau in #122 are interested in setting up rmarkdown documents end-to-end we can do that in class as well.

the idea here would be document precisely how people can set up their own rmarkdown projects.
This is actually already pretty-well documented in things like https://bookdown.org/yihui/rmarkdown/

We'd just have to link this. Maybe find a more concise source.

Anyway, not much need to reinvent the wheel here, maybe just motivate things a bit (whyyyy would you do this? and then link away.

Setting up CI/CD for this might be a worthwhile addition.
