Directly playing onedrive transcoded video?

Onedrive will transcode the video for online preview playback. Is it possible to support the playback of hevc video and multi-resolution switching in this way?

看了下其他issue貌似是国人，那我说中文好了...

查了下文档没有看到相关的api，但是我找到有其他onedrive index的相关实现 https://github.com/avedu/oneindex/blob/master/view/material/show/video2.php ，虽然有点老，而且有点hack

大概就是把/tramsform/thumbnail的请求路径改成/tramsform/videomanifest，其他原封不动然后加上 &part=index&format=dash&useScf=True&pretranscode=0&transcodeahead=0&action=Access&altTranscode=1 这些参数（我也没一个个试哪些需要哪些不需要），就可以拿到一个dash响应，这一步我试了一下是可以的，后续是否需要别的鉴权我就不太清楚了
