Error 500 when submit on http://spiral-project.github.io/backbone-daybed/

Hi all,

we use daybed for our benevole call :-)
http://2013.capitoledulibre.org/inscription/benevoles.html

We don't have our own daybed server, and use daybed.lolnet.org to host definition and data.

Since few days we cannot submit a form. This is not due to our form, the problem also occurs on the demo site.
See http://spiral-project.github.io/backbone-daybed/#benevoles-call3, this is the same schema, and the errors occurs as well.

If some of you have an idea of what's wrong with our form ...

Looks like it happens with this model only !?
At first sight, I can't see anything weird either.

It may be related to daybed itself, or server instance...

Ok, I understood what happens : it's due to validation fields.
When email is valide and Preference is filled in, it works.
I have to set a message when errors occurs.
