Add nushell

Here is a draft PR to start discussion in parallel of Nushell's team to add the fix/features link in the issue: #1105

This branch with Nushell 0.96.0+ support interactive shell but not command.

But it show error trying to autoload bash and tcsh files enough for testing purpose.
