You're able to create tax types and then set the tax rate on a country and state level which allows you to support Canada and US state rules.

With EU tax rules such as reverse charge and One-Stop-Shop you'll be able to handle EU taxes with ease.

BillaBear provides you a tax report that shows you at a glance which countries you've collected tax for and what the thresholds are for countries and how close you are to reaching the thresholds.

You can also set countries as collecting tax even if the threshold isn't set.

Customer Support

The UI for the customer view and subscription view are optimised to make it easier and faster for customer support to handle requests.

You're also able to set a user as customer support which then removes their ability to view financial details so you're easily able to have third-party customer support working on handling your customer's billing support needs.
