I am a multi-decade open source advocate and contributor who has held positions at the top of several technology organizations. My most widely used open source project is kpcli, a command line interface to KeePass database files that is packaged in most Linux distributions. In the past year, I started my own company and have transitioned into consulting work. I would like to spend more time contributing to open source projects and with sponsorship, I now could allot the time to do that. In the past, with full-time employment, that wasn't really practical for me.
