Hey. My name is Salem, and I've been making tools since about 2011.

I use software to make my life easier. I'm the author of ScreenHint and a core maintainer of Hound Search. I've also been a primary implementer on open-source projects like Etsy's Kevin Middleware.

I build tools that make my own life easier. I publish them as open-source software in the hopes that I'm making someone else's life easier, too. I benefit from countless open-source projects every day, so the least I can do is share what I've built in return.

If you've gotten benefit from something I've made, let me know! More than anything, I love hearing from people who get use from things I've made.
