Keep packages up to date to have full h5p support

@sr258 This is a request to update all the packages to the LTS versions and also replace the npm packages that are deprecated since H5P has updated all the other content types.

This library seems to be using Ractive types which requires more in depth changes to be working with ts. @types/ractive has been deprecated so now Ractive types are built in with the Ractive package.

Also we are using react 16.14.0, so you don't need to update to the latest react version

The thing is that Ractive had breaking changes in their API and I don't have the time to update at the moment.
