eBook / ePub download is not working

I get the update eMail with a download link and I subscribed with a new adress and get an eMail to download. but the download is not working.

On Chrome I get only the pending donwload counter at the icon increase and with a curl I get this log:

(replaced some xxxxx or UUID)
