[Contact Us] How to replace current form with a Google Form

I would like to see if it is possible to replace the current form in the "Contact Us" page with a Google Form that in turn is connected to Zapier application. In this way, we can resolved multiple issues simultaneously.

• Google form sends an email to the person that completed the form and
• Also, send us a notification that a new form was completed.

In order to introduce the Google form, the following content needs to be added:
