As you can see, I am using spins for 3D FDFD simulation, maxwell is working fine, but when I try to scale up the simulation or reduce the mesh grid size (say 10nm), I get a segmentation fault. Now the overall mesh size is (500 x 500 x 50) and the GPU usage is far from my memory limit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have also run into this same problem, but I haven't figured out a solution (responding here in hopes that someone else might have some insight). If I ever find a fix I will share it here though.
