choreonoidで腕だけのロボットの力センサが読めない #293

で、力センサを足から順番に読むことになっており、腕しかないロボットでは力センサに正しい値が入らないようになっています。
うまい実装方法がすぐには思いつかないのと、現状では腕だけのロボットをchoreonoidで動かすことは少なそうなのでとりあえずissueとして残しておきます。
