Use cocoapods to manage dependencies #596

The project dependencies are currently included in the ExternalCode directory. Most are quite out of date and have been manually patched over time. It'd be nice to get most of them managed with Cocoapods to make updates easier.

Once we've integrated Cocoapods it would also be nice to add Snapkit to streamline some of the autolayout code.
