Optionally, specify the class assignements at startup (whenever a restart is detected).

We need to research this feature a bit. It's not clear to me if this is something that outstation is required to persist or not. This impacts whether you want this to be a startup behavior or something adhoc.

IEEE 1815-2012 p. 63:

Outstation devices that are able to store the most recent class assignments in non-volatile memory may use
those assignments after a device restart; otherwise, devices shall revert to their default class assignments.

Persistence is not mandatory.
