  • dealing with floods
    • filters
      • at the inbox level
    • at the distribution level
      • digest mailing lists
      • tune notifiactions with services like github
  • manage expectations ( ie: do I have to reply to everything? no )
  • what to do when things get too personal/ikky
    • others having a fight and your watching: report to admin
    • some one getting too creepy? : address with user, check CoC if exists, report to admin
    • insert many other generic cases with possible reactions?
  • is my membership really worth it, possibly no
    • are you reading the email?
    • are you getting anything from the email?
    • how to break up/unsub/ turn off/ leave group

Also this should reference some kind of larger participation in a group thing... obviously not overly specific as this will varry from project to project/ group to group/ regon to regon/ ect
