I'm a developer at Pi-Apps and am trying to contact the developer behind this https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/stevenpusser/Debian_10/armhf/

Specifically, I'm trying to figure out why armhf builds of Pale Moon were suddenly removed. This has broken the installation for new users.

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 pi-apps-338c040f : Depends: palemoon but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
Apt finished.
Failed to install the packages!
APT reported these errors:
