Pre-populate survey fields for a new survey

We'll have to do some massaging to get our .geojson back into an acceptable format. We'll also need to decide what gets pre-populated. I'm imagining that would be geographic identifiers (address, coordinates), and possibly a few more, influenced by how we handle subsequent survey responses to the same property. I think there's a data fields spreadsheet somewhere where we can record these decisions.
