allow the popup and details views to render survey responses entered as "Other"

"Select Many" and "Select One" datafields may allow users to select Other and enter freeform text. We persist those responses but don't do anything with them. They are recorded as "<datafield_name>_other": "" in the dataset.

For example, I attached a json file with a single data_polygon entry that contains the line
"Survey/ranch_details/infrastructure_other": "covered storage"
The property is at 150 MILL RD, Bonny Doon, CA, 95060 (linking directly to parcels would be nice!) and indeed does not display this field.
