Support IPA type defined by EU #223

The IPA type is currently hardcoded in protocol. Based on the request of EU, they plan to register the following type of IPA on the protocol.

Story: Prose, Script
Art: Illustration, Comics, Storyboards
Gen AI: Prose, Art
Audio: Music, SFX, Voice (this could be lower priority)
Game
Video
Social Media Post

It's not hardcoded.
There is no IPA type now, we have:

IPOrg type (user defined)
Allowed mediums (configured in IPOrg type).
