Error while running CLI starter

While running the following command npx create-strapi-starter my-site next-corporate I get the following error:

Exactly the same bug.

My setup is a custom install of the starter because Im using postgres. backend installs fine, frontend bugs out with the same error as above.

Git for Windows v2.33.0
node version 14.17.4
Windows 10 64bit

Try with Node 12.

I just ran npm update and re-ran npm run dev and it started working.

Looks like the next-seo package isn't compatible with NextJS 11.

Try running:
npm install --legacy-peer-deps
