Get highlight info

I just saw this opening issue in another streamlit-ketcher repo, asking around how to get hightlighted, selected substructure information mik-laj/streamlit-ketcher#3

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I also saw this similar discussion in the original ketcher discussion: epam/ketcher#1602

If there is a way to get such information, that would be wonderful!
