Has anyone used Confluent connectors on Strimzi?

I am looking to integrate https://github.com/trustpilot/kafka-connect-dynamodb which seems to be written for Confluent Kafka. Is it possible to make it work with Strimzi?

From a quick glance of the repo you shared to me it looks like a connector which is written for Apache Kafka Connect (e.g. notice the dependencies in the gradle file are org.apache.kafka). Since Strimzi provides a way to run an Apache Kafka Connect cluster on Kubernetes I see no reason why the connector wouldn't work.
