Information of kafka pod logs

Hi @scholzj I am getting the below error from one of kafka pods. I couldn't understand what the exact error can you please help me to understand the error?

Getting the above message for multiple topics.
what does it mean?

I don't really know TBH. From the message it seems like it maybe cannot talk with the new leader for some reason. But no idea why.
