Describe the bug
Stryker uses an outdated version of FSharp.Compiler.Service which contains a vulnerable version of System.Drawing.Common. We need to update or remove FSharp.Compiler.Service asap because styker is now being flagged by security scanning tools which prevents corporate users from installing stryker.
