Request for data types

This issue is a request for providing better call data types for decoding. Example we have a system.remark call, by name we can identify that it might contain some human readable data but for squid parser it's an array buffer. Similarly while decoding calls for preimage hashes, batch calls, the parser does not know how to decode and we are left with converting call data values to hex only.

Hoping we can have this functionality soon.
