Does not connect to the FTP server

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using r4, savegame_manager opens
2. changed the flash to the pokemon black 2
3. finds ap, then does not find the ftp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected to app to find the tfp server, it doenst

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tried with 0.2.4 and 0.3.0

Please provide any additional information below.
tried to config my ap, reconfig smallftp, reconfig pc firewall settings and 
ports protections, but nothing seems to work
