Bad size sav file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start tool, save the sav file
2. Get an odd sized sav file instead which corrupts my save game data.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

512KB Sav file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.3.0 RC1 on DSTT

Same here, for Pokémon Black the output file was 521 740 bytes. save-manager 
0.2.4 saves it correctly as 524 288 bytes.

I'm trying to backup a save from Pokemon Mystery dungeon Sky (PAL) and the save 
file is only 64k, whereas its supposed to be 128, the program says 64 but even 
so when it is read through the computer...

 "The file size should be 128KB, but the 64KB you uploaded contains the same 512 Bytes repeated several times."
