Description

It would be very useful for job processing to be able to control the max ack pending per subject.
Lets say that we receive events from N devices, today if i want to process each event of each device in sequence, i would need to create a consumer per device, which is not ideal.

This discussion already exists on nats repo and our requirements are the same: nats-io/nats-server#4273
