Add documentation for using sessions with Apollo subscriptions

When using subscriptions with Apollo client it is unclear how to use verifySession (or whether or not you can use verifySession at all). The documentation should have a section that explains this

This can be nested as a separate section for Apollo under the GraphQL section in the current docs
