这周睡得都不是很好，用了两次药。常常半夜醒，翻来覆去睡不着。

终身学习，不如保持终身的敬虔，否则很可能：1）听说些新词，以为是在学习，其实总没有上道；2）拿着“得到”的感觉来麻痹自己，感动自己。
