We need to put the PyNE relevant code into your fork of PyNE. You can then import the appropriate function back into your script. If you can talk to @biondo to see how this would be done.

  • Determine the parts of your script that are relevant to include in the PyNE mcnp class
  • Incorporate changes into PyNE
  • request your changes are integrated into PyNE
