How to handle 2x retina source images with @sveltejs/enhanced-img?

If foo.png is 2x retina image then <enhanced:image src="./foo.png" /> will render the img tag with the intrinsic width and height, which is incorrect.

Has anyone else run into this? If I patch the package to set the CSS/media pixel width and height, things come out correctly.
