Update Gemini experimental model from 1121 to 1206 #251

This PR updates the Gemini experimental model reference from version 1121 to 1206:

  • Update model alias 'gemexp' to point to 'gemini-exp-1206'
  • Update model registry entry for experimental Gemini model
  • Update description to reflect December 2024 release

Changes are confined to src/user_preferences.jl as requested.
