What is the problem?

Using a UNIX/Linux emulator (Cygwin) or Secure Shell (SSH) client (Putty) in the External References section redirects to an individual's website homepage.

Thanks. The site was updated. Maybe better to link to software documentation pages:

https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/docs.html
https://cygwin.com/
with a short description of the capabilities. Many people on Windows may also use Windows Subsystem for Linux.
@deppen8 @gcapes Any thoughts?
