Is this permitted (part of the spec suggests it is), and if so what's the expected behaviour? Do we create an empty object?

  • Clarify the Protocol Operations requirements to ensure that In-Progress can also be passed to Empty Body Create requests against the Service-URL

  • Add a new section to the SWORDv3 Behaviours document describing how to create an empty container with an empty request to the Service-URL
