Can we do a formal bagit profile for swordbagit?

We should also be clear in the spec that bag-info.txt isn't required, and that the repository won't necessarily unpack any useful metadata from it. We are not attempting to use bag-info.txt as a metadata format, only for completeness.

  • add a BagIt Profile JSON document

  • reference the profile document in 21.3

  • add extra info about not transferring metadata in bag-info.txt
