Image thumbnails no longer showing hi res option

Hi there,

Thanks for this plugin. In the past, I could print or embed a hi-res image thumbnail from a Vimeo URL ( media: images: mime: image/webp). Today, when there is only one small low-res thumbnail URL and no URL for the web/p version. Has something changed with the plugin or the oEmbed for Vimeo?
