The user claiming the faucet mosaics would of course have to pay the fees, so one would need to be creative on how exactly that could be done.
I would suggest on the faucet that a person after choosing what mosaics they get, are then presented with a URI they can import into the wallet, said URI would be for an aggregate tx where the user is initiating and pay the fees needed, or this could maybe also be done via a QR code.
Since the community could donate to this, there might be some interesting use cases where people give away x amount of tokens for their app or game via the faucet to help kickstart their DAPP.
The wallet would also have to support the importing of aggregates too so that a wallet could be issuing a tx from the faucet, to itself.
Lastly, there would need to be a faucet signing bot that would sign any tx automatically as they came in.

For instance one community member has made a token and is distributing it. But there is no website for this person. Presumably they are doing it manually.
A more ideal situation could be if there was a main net faucet, and XHarvesting could deposit FUcoins in it. Then when somebody went to the faucet to claim coins in the airdrop, there would be an aggregate via QR code or even URI. Said URI or QR would not be an aggregate bonded but instead unbounded. It could be imported into the wallet and said person would then be sending the faucet a small amount of XYM to cover the fees in distributing Xharvesting's FUcoin. This is a win for community and a win for Xharvesting and a win for the faucet and NGL.
