TL;DR: impliment aws-sso ecs ssl ca --create and aws-sso ecs ssl certificate --create / --renew

This assumes that AWS will fix this bug and we can use certificates and inject them directly into the AWS_CA_BUNDLE. Absolutely no point adding this feature until AWS fixes this in the SDKs.
